Count Otto retires
At the grand age of ten, our flagship sprinter for so many years, Count Otto has been retired. He raced for eight years for Derek James, Steve Jenkins, Maggie Hart and laterly Avril Lewis providing them with 13 wins, and 18 places from 81 runs, winning £159,000 in prize money. He will spend his days watching the horses working on the gallops turned out with his other retired friends, Arch Villian, Blue Surf and Rebel Territory. He is perfectly sound and happy and testament to Timmy’s care and attention in all his time at Coombelands
